10:34 pm afternoon or night shift . There is a very rude balck lady in the team . Their manager ,the oldest lady is trying to do... her best. She was just about to start an argument for nothing. Being from New Jersey and living in Arizona to have a fresh White Castle burger is undeniably the best thing on the planet when... it comes to food and when it comes to quality they practice social distancing every last one of them and by them I mean theemployees were gloved up messed up they were even staying in their stations to be covid safe highly recommend it Read more
I came here from out of town, dine in was available but it was a ghost town there (6:30pm). Barely anyone in the drive through.... My good was almost warm, I ordered cheese fries and the were room temp, and the cheese wasn’t even hot. For them not to haveany one in there they could have put in more effort to have the food better. Even my sandwiches are darn near cold. Ewww whowants a cold burger… 4 cold burger? And their soda machine didn’t have any drinks. Just coke and Diet Coke. I threw my cupaway. A waste if you ask me. Read more
First time I came to this white castle. The drive thru line was long and it took about 15min of waiting and getting to the... window to receive the food. Second time (about 3 weeks later) coming all I could hear was loud laughing and talking in thebackground of the person on the speaker. When ordering the food the person got my order wrong 2 times when repeating andcorrecting her she started to catch an attitude. When getting to the window I was asked what drink I wanted when i said it atthe speaker. And again just loud talking and laughing while I'm rudely handed my drink. carelessly the food it just handed outthe window. Both times were late night after 9pm Read more

I called before I arrived and found out they opened early. I also found out I didn't have to order breakfast foods only. I... didn't feel like eating breakfast foods on my cheat day. I ordered through the drive thru and it took a little while for them tomake it because I probably was the first customer. Got home, ate and it was ok. Glad I got my first cheat meal for the day.
