Burger was big and messy. Sweet potato fries bland and overcooked.
My wife, son and I ate at Smashburger in Newark International Airport. We each had different variations of hamburgers with... cheese. For me, it was my first time eating at a Smashburger. I have to say. The hamburgers were GREAT! My son departed foranother country and about 36 hours later the 3 of us were sick with varying degrees of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, achiness, andfevers of up to 101.2F. This is the only meal just the 3 of us had together, and we are the only ones we know who got sick.We've all recovered with the longest length of illness being a little over 24 hours. I work at the airport and anytime of the day you go to get a shake they say no shake. Too lazy to make it. The machine works... properly. Always on their phone and extremely rude customer service. A bunch of immature kiddos working. Getting the day pass. Read more
I?ve had a lot of burgers in my life and a lot of fast food burgers in that. This was one of the blandest burgers I?ve ever had.... The smash tots were over seasoned but otherwise fine. Honestly pretty disappointed in the burger here. Wendy?s dollar menu tastebetter than this pomace. Read more
I think this may be among some best burgers you can get at airport fast food stores. Everything tastes fresh, good flavors and... fries are crispy. At least from my experiences on airport fast food, this is the best so far. Read more
Service and food couldn?t be worse! Ordered a harvest salad with turkey patty which is on their menu, got charged for salad and... a turkey burger and an extra patty, ordered dressing on the side, salad came soaked in dressing. Turkey patty should be calledsalt patty it was inedible there was so much salt. Horrible experience. Read more
I don?t usually give under 3 but this one deserves it. First the lady placing the order didn?t have any motivation doing her... job. I asked about line and she was rude. I finally placed order and took bit over than normal time. Opening the ?grease? bagjust one burger she didn?t place order for my second burger.
