A step down in the franchise to receive a cold shoulder of service and respect. The walk over from my hotel at Radisson Country... Inn and suites was swift and easy but the low down treatment from the staff at Ruby Tuesday this past evening was a world classby the beautiful Latina waitress. Her inability to connect visually was obvious that she intentionally did not want to serve meas I sat down for no one was hosting up front and no one was assisting at the bar or the bar was filthy no one has touched itfrom either side and there was no massive crowd in the facility matter of fact the far right once you came to the door wascompletely empty only the middle and the far left by the window was occupied even that wasn't fully taken with customers. Thewaitress took over 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence and then ask me to wait some more to begin taking my order. Brought mysoup out no crackers two little pieces of chicken in the bowl the bowl was larger than the soup ???? ????. I had a sirloinsteak medium well and some onion rings those onion rings were like rubber or cold like someone tried to put it in the microwaveand heat it up wasn't fresh hot out of the oil everyone has had hot onion rings they normally burn your mouth because the onionsare so piping hot from the oil it burns the top of your bridge of your mouth. She told her manager that I would like a discountwell when I got the bill it was $37 where was the discount. Salad bar soup came with the dinner sirloin and some onion rings Ihope you all know that I did not leave a tip. Pretty cool spot. Humble. There's TVs for entertainment. Drink specials make for an easy place to hang out and not go broke. The... food is good but unfortunately a few items may not be available due to a phasing out of some menu items. Overall this placeserves its purpose, go enjoy yourself. So I had a coupon for a free appetizer so I stopped in. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and asked if I could... sit at the bar, which I did. I was served by a great bartender named Mike. He was very nice and attentive. For my drink I orderd2 happy hour drinks of the ruby relaxer and the margarita. Both were good but mainly the ruby relaxer. For my appetizer I gotthe spicy shrimp and that was pretty good. With the happy hour discount I only paid about $9. I had a good experience. Read more
I wish i could give no stars. Waited on hold for 40 min to place a pickup order, finally gave up and called back to place the... order (it was soup, mac&cheese, and tater tots). I got my food and threw out the mac because it tasted like death and i bit intosomething hard. The soup tasted off but i ate half of it just to sit with the worst stomach ache ive ever had and somehow someway they managed to make tater tots taste bad. The only reason i didnt bash my head in is because the guy who answered thesecond phone call was funny and nice so whoever you are, I appreciate you. Read more
