If I could give them a negative start I would. I never write reviews but they were so terrible I?m taking the time to do so. The... staff is rude and incompetent. They were all standing around doing nothing. While there was a huge crowd of people waiting ontheir orders. After waiting for almost 40 minutes for our order. My husband had to go ask about order because they skipped overus. No apologies about the wait and skipping over us. The manager( I assumed she was because she was wearing different colorshirt) was more upset that he asked about our order and they messed the order up. We had the 8 piece family meal. We took the spicy chicken. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Over priced and not very nice i chipped a tooth on the chicken leg the batter was so hard i wont be going again

The employees were very moody and they gave me alot of French fries and biscuit yikes it wasn't good

Standard quality, don't like this location though, too noisy and distracting and surely not good for eating.

I order 2 1/4 pond popcorn with much potato shrimp and 1 popcorn shrimp box thru the screen and I get e receipt with no order... number and a note says ask the counter for assistance. I try to talk to the manager about my order and he keep saying that?sthey don?t have the popcorn shrimp box at all in there menu. Then he refused to assist me and he send one of his employees tohelp me. When I try to explain to the crew member he start yelling and asking me to relax. The manager was serving the customerswithout gloves. Touching cash ans credit card and serving French fries without gloves and no hand washing. And it wasdisgusting. Worst experience ever. I wish I can give them.0 stars. . The chicken breast was so dry and hard, like it was under the warmer for a long time. So it... was not hot but very dry warm breast. The thighs are different story. I was here today for second time and I have the same problem in this location, is sad one Bussiness like this with good food is... attend for people with no education and respect, one lady the first time I came here they give my order to the wrong person andthe. They talk to my grandmother very bad, and today they let us wait in the line and at the end they said they don?t havechicken because they are close and they suppose to close at 9:00pm and was 8:40pm and they don?t want to attend me and she usevery bad language in front of my kids and one specific girl was laughing and doing inappropriate moves in front of my family,that?s is really sad Popeyes chicken always is my first choice and today was maybe my last day in this location Read more
