As usual, attention to detail flies out the window at this KFC!! How do you forget to include an item for an online order... scheduled for pickup 30 minutes in advanced?? I have never waited that long for a meal. The stuff wasn?t moving with any sense of urgency. They just take their own little... time while people waited for almost a one hour to get their food. Complete turn off. I?ll definitely avoid that location. Read more
Food quality was WAY better than the KFC in Irvington! The server was FANTASTIC, giving me not only good chicken pieces but... FRESH BISCUITS, which is a rarity! Location was good. And even though the place is small, the service was quick. Will DEFINITELYbe back! *UPDATE* Even with different staff, the chicken quality is STILL tasty without leaving stomach pains! This place was once of the best KFC's I ever been to, but they changed their management and the place went down hill. Your order... will NEVER be completely right or fresh. If it's not the biscuit being stale, the chicken will be lukewarm, or your other sidesbe cold. Read more
Four stars because food is usually good here, but every once in awhile I get food that may have been sitting for a bit. I can... taste the difference between fresh food and food that's been sitting. This place is normally good though. My advice is alwaysask to get a fresh order even if you have to wait a while. It's always worth the wait!!! Read more
