So i ordered 2 medium green iced tea sweet with lemon.....after one sip I THREW UP!! ???????? like you can taste that it is not... fresh! I came here for a coffee, they had 1 person working so instead of taking my order she went off and made the sandwich for the... girl in front of me like they cant multitask?? I'm there Monday thru Friday every morning around 5am. Crystal and Anthony are absolutely the best and nicest workers I've ever... met. There is always a line in the drive thru but it goes quick because of these two. It's nice to be greeted with a smile andhello at 5am. Thank you Crystal and Anthony you guys are the BEST, and Dunkin owners you should be thanking them too, you have2 nice and great workers doing a outstanding job for you!! Read more
Becky Haggerty was SUPER AWESOME!! Her Customer Service was just fantastic. I haven?t had a Coffee that GOOD AT DUNKIN DONUTS in... a few Years!! We asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and a brown sugar cream cold brew. The receipt confirmed it. But the store staff doesn't... know how to make it. They filled both with loads of ice, "regular brewed coffee" and topped with whipped cream. Then we tried toexplain and the lady had no clue. AVOID this Dunkin store if you are going for your reliable cup of coffee. Read more
