First off, I have to ask why we are taxed by both state AND the city at this location only. At no other business in this man... did this happen during the entire day Food and drinks were fine but they really need to clean the tables more often especiallywith 3 workers and one on their phone. They did away with the vanilla chai and then they had vanilla spice and now they don't have that either the only thing they had... to offer was coffee hot chocolate or regular tea they did away with their menu items they're getting a new menu they told me atleast this location and that area is doing that with their Dunkin Donuts so that was a little disappointing cuz I like thevanilla try or the vanilla spice and they didn't have either of them but the sandwich was good the bagel and cream cheese aregood I still went there but I didn't get what I wanted for drinks because they didn't have it available Read more
I don?t like giving bad reviews because my thing is uplifting businesses, but this location is just flat out not good. The... person in front of me returned and asked for a refund because his drink was terrible so that should?ve warned me. They got myorder wrong and although they corrected it, when I finally got to my car to eat my food, it was inedible. I ordered a plainbagel with butter as usual and it was stale, over toasted, and I could not bite into it. Like at all. My coffee was okay butthey had to redo it as it was not what I had ordered. Why it?s the store not ready to take orders by 7:30 if they open at 7am. And the lights are off to deter people from approaching... . I get breakfast while at the charging station but I can?t depend on this store with consistency , nor can the mall workerseither at this point. They honestly make it seem like I?m bothering them to ask if they are open when the lights are turned off.
