I?ve waited 23 minutes for a small cup of coffee when I was the third car from the window. Ridiculous service. The car in front... of me got strawberry shake. I get to the window only to see him with his personal headset on engaging in personal conversationslaughing out loud as he?s moving like a turtle, then he approaches me and hands me someone else?s order, then asks me for myorder again, it was never made ??????????? Management needs to do something about his behavior. It takes a lot for me to make anegative review. I always consider many things before I make any judgements on service I receive. ordered this morning a hot coffee with cream and sugar and when i opened it, it was straight up black coffee. also, i got to the... window and i had ordered two iced caramel lattes with whipped cream and the guy didn?t put whipped cream, i then tell him if hecan please put whipped cream on top and he said you have to pay extra which i understand but i told him that i ordered it withwhipped cream already, he then checks the receipt and says uhhh ok... this isn?t the first time something like this hashappened, don?t recommend going here ???? For the most part.. drinks are made well and service is good.
I want to start off by saying Dunkin is my go to place but today I went over to this location and they provided me with a cold... avocado toast( almost chipped a tooth) extremely dissatisfied. Threw out out the piece of brick they gave me for breakfast. Read more

I?m not sure what is going on at this location but the service is getting worse. I ordered coffee and some croissants and the... croissant were never warmed up. I got them cold and didn?t notice until I had already pulled away. The drive thru is alwaysslow. Because the person is working both the inside customers as well as the ones at the drive thru , my coffee lid alwayssmells like perfume which tells you they are not using gloves I always have to chuck the lid. Love their hot tea and coffee. The bagels are " average" but the donuts were disappointing. When did corporate decide to... allow the local Dunkins to put just a small blob of filling in their donuts? Had to eat like 80% of the dry donut before I foundany filling. Thats sad and a sure way to lose customers... Read more
