The service at this location is horrible, but they do alot of business because it's one of the only restaurants in Jersey... Gardens. Service for lunch on a Saturday was non existent; we had to get the managers attention to get drinks and to pay thebill. We only saw our server once. It wouldn't be my first choice to dine but sit down restaurants with liqour are very few inthe mall. Read more

This is my go to whenever I go to Chilis - this never misses its chicken on waffles but the waffles arent dry nor to hard to... swallow.. they are coated with sweet glaze and the chicken comes with a Chipotle on top but you can always ask for it to be onthe side :D (exactly what I do most of the time) fries come on the side with whatever choice of sauce. Avoid this chilis at all cost. Tried to come in with my child and was told the trolly couldn?t come in. That I would need to... leave it outside the restaurant- ok no problem. I asked for a table by the trolly so I can?t keep an eye on it. I was told mythe hostess that the bartender wasn?t taking anymore tables. I asked for a server instead. The hostess told me no and offered mea table on the opposite end which I declined since I wasn?t able to keep an eye on my trolly. I asked for the manager who waseven worse to deal with. Told me to wait for the bartender. The most ridiculous response I?ve ever heard coming from management.I worked in restaurants for so many years as a hostess and we always made sure to please all of our customers. Came here with my brother the other day for lunch and everything was very good. I had the Veggie and black bean Fajitas and my... brother got the honey tender chicken crisps, I would recommend both. The menu has gotten shorter though, options are morelimited also they don't have the Texas cheese fries, enchiladas and veggie burgers anymore, or at least at this location thatseemed to be the case. Well, this was not a great experience for my wife and I. I feel bad that this is my first 1-star I have given. Our favourite... restaurant when we cross over is Chili's in Niagara Falls NY and expected the same level of service here. Regrettably, that isnot the case. Since we waited for a waitress for 12 minutes, in a restaurant that only had around six tables full, we figuredthe time to get our food would snowball from there, so we left. Went to the mall and was thirsty and hungry . I have tried all other food places in the mall, and wanted to have a quick drink... and food. First time to the chilis and it was just awesome ! We sat in the bar and service was a bit slow, but it was worth thewait . Blue moon was just amazing . It was about 10$ for a glass .. was expensive because of mall , but it?s fine. . I love going to eat to Chili's. It satisfies all my expectations. The service is fast and most important the food tastes... delicious. I recommend trying any of its varied hamburgers options. The burger itself is so juicy, well seasoned, thick, and isreal meat on it. Its french fries are amazing too. Read more
