At 5:00pm, rush hour, they had no mashed potatoes. They only had 2 boberry biscuits. There were no cooks trained to cook an egg... and cheese biscuit and the manager stayed on the phone for a long time so she couldn't cook it. One of the employees decided thesolution was to take the bacon off of an already prepared biscuit. They passed it out to me and the disc was a hockey puc andthe cheese was orange and crumbled. The egg was dry and nasty. When I asked why they passed out a biscuit they knew was no good,I was informed it was a biscuit left over from the morning crew. Unacceptable!!! Previously I went and they were out of chicken.How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? The employees don't care about what they serve and the management ishorrible!! To management: the service is slow, go ahead and do a servey everyone in town knows and reiterates this. You lose a lot of... business because people don't want to wait for fast food. Last time I was there I watched a guy slowly pick up straws one at atime and count them, nobody was in a hurry, I think he spent at least 30 seconds just to count that I had 4 straws. Read more
Worst place ever. Been three times and staff was rude and messed up my order all 3 times. Maybe if they would hire people more... worried about getting orders right instead of playing around the entire time it would be decent. Read more

Ordered a 20 piece with sides. The chicken was most uneatable. Seriously over breaded, there was only solid crunchy breading,... could barely taste or get to any chicken. The pieces were enormous and I thought that was cause they were supposed to be thatbig. Nope, it was all breading and small pieces. Only after the fact did everyone I know tell me I shouldn't have used to ElginLocation. Going to 601 next time. Read more
Just got this from the drive through. Chicken is too done and dried out. It?s been a while since I?ve gotten chicken from Elgin... Bojangles. (I feel it made me sick then). So today I figure new management (almost 2 years since I bought chicken). I was wrong.I?m done with this Bojangles for chicken. The Mac and cheese and biscuit was okay. This is the 2nd time we have gotten a 2 breast meal and second time around the drive through every visit because they always... give me a breast and leg . only to find out chicken is undercooked. Place old stale Bo-Rounds underneath 1 hot Bo-Round. Guess thats what I get for using the Bojangles App.
