The drive thru person was very rude. We also tried to order a gallon of ice tea, which she said they were out of the bags and... asked if 2 half gallons would be OK, which I thought she would just split the $4 gallon between 2 bags. Nope. She charged mealmost $8 for 2 half gallons. Read more
Guy at the drive through has a hard time understanding. They took our card for payment and gave us our food. Then yelled at us... to give back our card because payment was sent complete. Those two older guys suck. Read more
I hate to leave a bad rating but this Popeyes location really did everything just wrong. I stopped in for lunch through the... drive thru around 12 pm. I waited about 25 mins before I even reached the intercom to place my order. Ordered a spicy chickensandwich and a diet coke. When I got home, the chicken was not breaded correctly and not fried long enough. The chicken wasstill raw. It's hard to tell from the photo I posted because of the lighting but you can tell from the texture of it. Customerservice was lackluster. Being that I was stuck in line for almost 30 minutes I observed that the cashier was taking orders andringing folks up one at a time. This backed up the line. You should be able to take an order and ring people up simultaneouslyto keep the line moving. Lastly, the outside of the place looks run down and dingy. As you exit the drive thru there's a pothole that you can't avoid. This place needs help on all fronts. Until these concerns are addressed I won't be back to thisparticular location. Read more
Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a different Popeyes or restaurant. Ever since I believe new owners took over, the... place has gone nowhere but rock bottom. Food seems to be cold most of the time and they have gotten extremely stingy when askingfor condiments. To top it all off service is horrible and you have to scream your order into the speaker only to get a responsethat you can?t understand. 1/10 times your order will be correct or warm. It?s sad to see because I?ve been going to thisPopeyes for decades and a lot of your long time employees that used to be there have vanished. We just went to the drive through here about an hour ago. There was one car in front of us, who was waiting at the window. We... sat by the menu for like 10 minutes and nobody said anything, no greeting, offer to take our order, nothing. My husbandrepeatedly said hello, are we supposed to drive up to the window to place our order? Hello? No reply. Finally, the car at thewindow got their food and pulled up. So we pulled up to the window where two women were standing and one with a headset justlooked at us like we were bothering her by being there. My husband asked again, do we need to place our order here at thewindow? Is the microphone broken? The lady with the headset shot us another evil look and shook her head no and turned away. After telling the manager that both of my items were burnt to a full crisp and they were hard as a rock I also told her the I... ordered regular not spicy the manager said to me well if you don't like your food then you can go somewhere else. verydissatisfied with my order the management their has a lack respect for their customers how rude the workers were when all I saidwas "I would like replacement food" because I couldn't eat any of mine that they had given me at that point I would probablynever go back there dosen't seem like they have a good sense of what is right for there customers and what its like to work as ateam as well. Update- first bad experience here. They just threw the fries in the bag with my sandwich & the one girl had a bad attitude, then... she just left the window. Someone else took care of me after, they were all confused. I'm obsessed with Popeyes LOL But thedrive through line is so long so many times. Not their fault obvi. Anyways I love the blackened chicken and regular mildtenders. Their mardi gras sauce is the best. Love the mashed potatoes. Anyways great location. Read more
Haven't been here in awhile. This place always used to be busy. I guess word got out that the quality has really gone downhill... under the new management. The parking lot and sign is so unkempt that i thought this location had closed. The staff areargumentative and rude. I asked for Mardi Gras mustard, they gave me 1 sweet and sour and 2 honey mustard. When I said the saucewas wrong, the worker responded the sauce was in the bag. Yeah, the wrong sauce was in the bag. No napkins. They were out ofstock on many items. They forgot to give me straws.
