As a Chinese food "connoisseur" this place is certified "AMAZIN!!!" the best fried rice I've had in years! Won't give away their... secret but it's so perfect!! The Honey Chicken is to die for!! Literally nothing to complain about! Anyone crying doesnt knowgood food when they see it! Not only that but super friendly staff and they offer sauces that other places don't have and ICECREAM!!!!!!! I came here to try some new Chinese food. I've seen it a couple times. It's a pretty cool little Chinese food restaurant. The... customer service is pretty nice. They were pretty thorough and were pretty busy when I went but did there best to be quick. Theyalso serve ice cream so if you're feeling for ice cream instead or both its a plus. One of our dishes was wrong but it wasn'ttoo off so wasn't the biggest problem. I think overall the food was pretty good too. Read more
Sorry to go against the masses here but we were disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Went basic with pork fried... rice and a pair of egg rolls. The egg rolls tasted as though the oil had been used a bit too long. Although the egg rollsthemselves weren't burnt, the flavor tasted burnt or a little bitter. As for the pork fried rice, it was quite greasy and alsosuffered from the same kind of burnt flavor. I will say they do pack a lot of bbq pork in there which is nice to see. Theservice was fast and friendly but we will be trying a few other Elgin spots before we return. Just one couple's opinion. Read more
Just tried for the first time and I think I just found my new go to place for quick Chinese food. The spring roll was crisp... and the empress chicken was spicy and crispy. Will definitely come back. Read more

We love Gee N Jays! We rave about the teriyaki chicken and the General Tsos Chicken. The pork fried rice and egg rolls are... fabulous too! We recommend it to anyone looking for great chinese food in the Elgin area. The service is super fast which isalways nice. Read more
