Very slow. Most people going to get coffee in the morning are on their way to work and don?t have 30min to wait for a $6 order

Avoid! Horrible service since they opened. Owner lacks customer service and/or business skills. Thus, training employees with... same quality. Customers are given blame for missing or incorrect items. I tried to give them many chances but they stilldisappoint. Read more
Waited in line for about 10 mins before i got to the cashier. Once i pay i go to the 2nd window and they hand me my coffee and... walk away . Im assuming she didt pay attention to the order because i had ordered a bagel as well. Had to wait another 5 minsfor her to come back to the window and hand me my cold bagel that had been sitting on the counter for 5 mins. Not the best location. They either are out of donuts or they are stale and hard, drinks are made wrong or they are out if... ingredients. Went there one more time in hopes to change my mind, ordered an iced coffee and a tea. They were out of both ofcourse! Was told to come back the next morning to either get what ordered or get a refund when a manager was there. Came backthe next morning for a refund and was rudely told she couldn't do it and I had to call the app. Read more
