The man working at the BR was very rude. There was no sign about masks on the door or posted that we saw so we didn't think to... put ours on before entering. He literally barked "no mask no service" in our faces when we got to the counter. When asked nicelyI have 0 issue putting a mask on, but this was not the case. Ordered a signature iced caramel craze latte and it was given without the cinnamon sugar topping. I went today after not going for a couple of years. I must say I felt bad for the woman working by herself. There was a line of... people waiting. The place looks like it could use a fresh start. Half of the things ordered, or wanted to be ordered wereunavailable. The employee was friendly and talkative though, gave a sense of life to the place. Read more
Went in 2/16 around 1:30 trying to grab a dozen donuts and was completely ignored by the girl working. She was clearly doing... something so I thought I let her finish, but not only was her mask not covering her mouth and nose she came to the register Iwas in front of to grab something and when I politely greeted her she didn?t responded headed to the back of the store. At thatpoint I just walked right out and took my service elsewhere.
