The service was great my wife ordered breakfast and she enjoyed it but I ordered the double cheese burger and it was way too... salty. I couldn't eat even half of it. They gave me a free dessert and 10%off my bill. I don't believe that the burgers are likethat always I will be going back. Read more
My husband and I went to Dennys tonight and after we were seated not a single waiter/waitress came to our table for over 10... minutes to even ask if we wanted anything to drink. We ended up leaving without ordering drinks or food because we were tired ofwaiting. As we were walking out I saw at least two waitresses just sitting in a booth just talking to each other. It wasn?t busyat all so I?m not sure why one of them couldn?t come to our table. Very disappointed in the customer service. Read more
We didn't wait long to be seated and the host was very polite. Our server Natalie was wonderful. Definitely kept my cup full.... Never go to a restaurant over hungry, everything looks good. Her recommendation of what to eat was right on point. Good food,good service. Read more
Service was meh ????, my plate which I did not take a picture was decent. Mind you I was really hungry. However my mom?s salad... was wilted, cucumbers were old. How dare do they serve some thing like that?????. We requested a new one which took about 10min, by then we had to leave. We ended taking it home. The servers were talking, which is fine but they were discussingemployees schedules and some were using foul language including whom seemed to be their manager or team lead. Veryunprofessional. It was a very disappointing meal for me and my family. First service was terrible due to any requests we made took multiple... attempts and reminders. Mind you these requests were very simple i.e. Coffee refills or asking for syrup. Then when food finallyarrived my brothers order came incorrectly even though when we ordered, the waitress asked for clarification and my motherprovided it. So it was very frustrating for my brother. Then my father's food came out in shifts so he did not receive all ofhis food at the same time so it was cold by the time he combined it. Then when my order came, I ordered the country fried steakwhile the steak came barely luke warm the gravy was cold. My sides were rice and fries and while they came very nicely done theycontinued to inform me they had no garlic toast. So I then asked for texas toast and it took 2 attempts and reminders to evenget the toast. Even while me and my family heard the waitresses and cooks conversing about it and still no toast. Then when Ireceived the toast I got untoasted bread with a glob of butter with an excessive amount of garlic which made the toast notedible due to so much garlic being on the toast. In conclusion of this disappointing evening I will not be recommending thisDenny's or any other Denny's for that matter. Place is dirty and it took like 10 minutes for the waiter. There is bacon on the floor at the table next to us???? Some table... aren't clean, mine was sticky as hell!! Stains on the walls. Don't come ever! I rated 2 stars since there food is good. Read more
Don't order directly from Dennys website for delivery, especially from this store. 2 out of 3 orders, half of the order was... missing, delivery is done by Doordash but Denny's do not own the process. When you call and request refund you will only getvague answers. I am not happy with this store nor the delivery product of Denny's. Read more
