I tried placing an order online to pick up 11/25, online tells me to call or go to the store. I drive 20 minutes to my nearest... store and a lady there tells me I can?t place an order there that I have to call and gives me a number. I call the number shegave me and after 5 minutes of going back and forth trying to tell this lady what I want to order (language barrier) she tellsme I can?t order the specific meals I want that I have to do it online. My 2 daughters, my mom and myself decided to go there after church and there were 5 women working and 1 of the women we?re... getting orders together and ringing up people and the other 4 we?re getting food out and bringing it to the front. The ladyringing us out started to take our order and then while she was taking our order she just stopped and started to help someoneelse, so we sat there and patiently waited. She then asked my mom have you been helped, my mom said no you haven?t finishedtaking my order and then my mom proceeded to order. When she was ordering a loud, aggressive, unprofessional woman (I?m guessingthe manager by the shirt she had on) came out of nowhere and started barking and yelling and saying we need to wait our turn andthey?ll be with us when its our turn. This lady has clearly lost her mind and does not need to work in customer service. We leftand didn?t spend one dollar there and until they make changes I won?t be going back. Read more
I arrived at Boston Market with my 2 littles ones and my mom shortly after they opened. The door was locked and several... employees were just standing there through the glass staring at us. Eventually someone let us in and the woman in charge made usVERY uncomfortable by saying "keep the door locked because we WEREN'T opening the dining room today but you already let them inso." ... no hellos or welcome just plain rude. They didnt have a sign on the door or anything stating the dining room would beclosed and I'm not psychic. Another woman took our order and said she didn't know how to use the cash register so we had to waitfor the woman in charge to ring us up. That woman decided to take care of someone who just pulled up through the drive thru andget their items together, making me and my 2 little boys and mom wait for our food that's already been packaged while 2 otheremployees just stood there not doing anything for at least 7 minutes. The woman in charge very clearly does not like people andshould not be interacting with them. She was rude, cold and clearly doesn't understand the hospitality industry. Several minutesafter we sit down, we see other people come in the dining room.. so the woman in charge just wanted to make us feeluncomfortable by loudly stating outright that she didn't want us in there. health department needs to be sent here immediately, the food was given to me cold and disgusting. the nuggets literally looked... like puke, and the sandwich was just so nasty looking and cold. the bathroom was unusable, because it was unkept. the toiletseat was disgusting and just looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in months. I reviewed this Boston Market 5 years ago and based on my recent experience today I definitely had to redo my review but... unfortunately the two stars I gave it back then and I think that's being generous this time. Last time my disappointment waswith the gravy being very salty and you could tell it had been sitting because of the dried chunks in it also because themanager at that time was extremely rude. I was getting a haircut nearby and decided to get their meatloaf sandwich but wasextremely disappointed. They gave me the two end pieces that had been probably sitting there for a while since they were alldried out and kind of crusty (you can see in the picture it looks like they dipped it in some of the juice to cover the dryness)and there was only a few shavings of lettuce that were floppy not crisp on it. Honestly probably the tomato was the best thingout of the entire sandwich because it seemed to actually be relatively fresh. I live in a nearby city but definitely don't thinkI'll be stopping here if I'm in the area again. They also didn't cut the sandwich in half for me, the picture is of one of thehalves but they were both the same. Read more
It's pretty apparent that every employee in here is miserable and hates working here. The overall atmosphere from the moment... you walk in is just miserable. Not sure if everyone was stoned or tired, but zero hustle, zero smiles, I had to remind themmultiple times what I ordered just moments before, and the quality of food was pure garbage. Speaking of garbage, the garbagein the dining room was overflowing. GROSS. One other fun fact to consider, I was 1 of only 2 customers in the restaurant and 2in the drive-thru, so its not like there was a rush. I understand people have bad days, and working in customer service isexhausting, but this was totally unacceptable. This location used to be awesome. Not sure what happened to the staff or whothis current owner is, but you may want to talk to your employees about engagement because its very clear, none of them areengaged. Read more
Ordered 2 family meals. 1 rotisserie chicken, 1 turkey, total of 6 cornbread, 3 mashed potatoes and 3 macaroni and cheese. The... family turkey we received was quite skimpy. Not as much as the chicken we got. Doesn't even fill up the bottom of bowl. Read more
Walked in. Waited a good 10 minutes before any worker tried to assist us. Chicken was dry as hell. Had a bad taste. Stomach... upset when I got home. Worker was on personal phone the whole time. Don't know how this place stays in business. The best partof the meal was the coke which was flat. I think I'm done. This place use to be amazing. Read more
