11/8/22 - Is it possible to offer both a mild OR spicy beef options? Or a Little poackage of red pepper flakes for the spice... lovers? Love the beef but not the heat. Our mouths & lips were on fire! Friendly staff, clean place. I ordered a polish. I was confused when I got it. It's the size of a hotdog, it looks like a hotdog... and it tastes like a hot dog. The girl said it was a polish. Very disappointed. Read more
The Italian beef was very dry as I told the lady in Drive Thru that I wanted it ?wet? I told her mozzarella cheese and... Giardiniera peppers in which she informed me that ?they will be on the side.? Ok cool, finally open up my Italian beef to seethat it was no where near ?wet? ??????????? Yes mozzarella cheese was on it but no Giardiniera peppers in the bag in which Ipaid extra for ???? I absolutely love Giardiniera peppers and a wet Italian beef as I requested and what I thought I paid for soyes quite frankly I?m mad. Read more
Best beef around but don't get the fish fry. Went there Friday for the Haddock and it was well done big time. Should have... known when I saw it was curled around and dark at the ends. Fries were very well done too like they were in the lights allnight. Hush puppies were good but that was it. Skip the fish and get it somewhere else. Disappointing ended up throwing itaway. Read more
Service was fast. The Gyros are good. I'm all about "rewards" programs these days and I still have not been able to use there's.... Maybe it's my phone? Who really knows. Didn't want to take away a star for their rating because their food and service wasgreat! Read more
Been a customer forever, meaning since inception. Tonight, looking forward to a hearty Italian Beef, I got less than hearty. I... must say the flavors and the peppers were excellent. The fries, very tasty.. But if you open the bun, you see the Italian Beefis a paint job on each side. Like they said in the 70's: WHERE'S THE BEEF? Read more
We like coming here for the hot dogs, fries, mozarella sticks, and the pork belly sandwich (although we have not had one in a... while. so who knows if they're still part of the menu). Never had a bad experience with the staff. Drive thru can be busy, butit all depends on the day/time. We prefer this location over the one in South Elgin and the one on Dundee ave as well. They haveplenty of parking, but most customer prefer take out. Read more
