Everytime I'm there later (10pm) I wait 5-10 minutes to place my order. Not because they're busy, but because there's no one up... front. No bell on the door, no bell up front, no response to "hello", I just wait. Read more

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Girl at the counter was rude! No experience whatsoever on what I was trying to... order and so much attitude! Then I tried to call to speak with a manager and she answered and said no one was in and she was byherself! She looked like she was barely 16! Horrible place! I even emailed the store and NEVER got a reply back. Never againgoing to that place. Read more

Good ice cream and friendly service. They're the only ice cream place open 24/7 in the area, which is definitely a plus.

Horribly, I bought 5 $1.49 medium ice creams and a $1.99 donut cup, came out too $16.00! I have 4 kids so I value money. ... Called the baskin robbins back, they basically laughed at me, saying you bought it you eat it, they said you paid for the"cup" even though the price of the medium cup was $1.49 on the board. He then asked me if I had the receipt, I said no, my sonsaw him toss the receipt in th garbadge. So that didn't help. Some of the worse excuse for CS I have ever dealt with in mylife..I will never walk, into a BR for the rest of my life and plan on telling everyone about my miserable Friday evening outwith my family there Read more

Absolutely terrible after midnight. I live in the area and have some friends that always want to stop by here late, but 6 out of... eight times we were left waiting because there was no one up front. Not only that, but about three weeks ago I asked for an Oreoshake and the cashier looked at me as if I insulted his whole bloodline and even squinted his eyes as if he trying to intimidateme into telling him to forget it! Lol, no joke he stoped taking my order on the computer as soon as I mentioned the shake, andwen he began making it he started tossing things around very loudly. Read more
