Love how friendly there are. Long wait sometimes but great ice cream
My husband and I just stopped to have a scoop of our favorites - praline pecan and butter pecan but for the first time in 34... years they were awful! So disappointed. The praline pecan used to have larger chunks of actual praline pecan but this stuff hadtiny pieces of nuts with no praline. My husband questioned if these were actual pecans in his. We both thought they tastedbitter. My ice cream was very soft as well. If you have changed suppliers or the recipe, it's not working. Used the drive up. Didn't wait til we drove to the window. Came right out and took our order. It was ready when we arrived at... the window. Great service. Read more
Stopped there on my way through town to purchase a gift card at about 10:15 this morning because the website says they?re open... at 10. The sign on the door when I got there said they don?t open until 11 and it was obvious they weren?t open yet. If you?regoing to change your hours, maybe you should consider updating the website as well. You guys just cost yourself some businesstoday. It wouldn?t have been a problem had I lived in town, but I live out of town and stopped there while passing through andonly did so because the website said you were open at 10. Read more
Shockingly delicious! I'm allergic to dairy and went there to pick up ice cream for my husband only to discover they have many... vegan options including coconut milk ice cream that was BEYOND DELICIOUS! I live in Illinois but would drive back for this icecream, that's how good it was! Great service too! Read more
This place has such a great variety and the staff were all very kind. I visited with my family while visiting my in laws.... Everyone got something different and being from Texas we do not have a Whitey's Ice Cream. So, of course, we all tied eachothers stuff. Nothing disappointed. My mother in law even ordered the wrong thing, I mean to say, she wanted Cotton Candy, andwas just talking about how odd the Gummy Bear must be and accidentally ordered the gummy bear because that was on her mind. Whenthey gave it to her, she asked to order the cotton candy and they gave it to her for free when she explained. Very kind. Read more
