Worst subway ever. I will never go back. I couldn?t get a refund. I was told to call corporate. Corporate went full email... ticketing. Submitted a ticket and haven?t heard back. I will never go back there. I ordered many subs from Sugar Grove off ofRoute 47. I was expecting Elburn to be the same quality since this time it was closer to my destination. I ordered two footlong#3 Monster?s with everything as usual. What I received is a two footlong kid?s size of meat and vegetables. I was too busy tonotice the half size and weight as my normal order from Sugar Grove. I had some time to turn around and tell them I got thewrong order. They pointed to their #3 Monster description on the board. I shown them my description of what I ordered throughthe app. There was a small line, yet a big difference from what I expected. Again this was my first time in Elburn, so this wasmy first of 20 subway trips. Totally and completely disappointed with both this Elburn site and corporate unresponsiveness. Read more

For some reason, this location is constantly closing before it's posted store hours. I understand if they're not busy enough to... justify staying open. If that is the case, change your posted hours. Very frustrating. Read more

Good, relatively healthy food. Custom made in front of you. Service has been good and fast recently. Prices by today's... standards are very reasonable. How can you complain. I love the place. Read more

Placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches. Got home, took a bite and my turkey was tuna - at least they got one right??? jeez,... they can't even make a sandwich correctly. Called them and they just said to come in and they'd replace it, no apology. Thereare other Subways, do your self a favor and avoid this one. Read more

Wort place ordered online went inside and it was still not ready and the store was empty then got packed and they put my order... to the very end of the line until they where done with the customer inside when online orders come first so never recommend forquick lunch under 30 min Read more

If there was a Zero I'd put that as I feel a 1 is to high. This has to have been the worst experience we've ever had anywhere.... Lady working was as rude as the come. Arguing with customers about amount of product on sandwich etc etc. My daughter orderedher usual Italian BMT then it was rung up as a Turkey & ham yet charged us for extra pepperoni and salami of which are twoingredients on the BMT sandwich. We questioned her and she slammed her fist on the screen said "you pay" If my daughters werenot with me I would have thrown it in her face. So we were charged $10.39 for a Turkey Ham sandwich. Unreal this is not thefirst issue we've had with this location we just thought they were having a bad days.....NEVER EVER going back. I see a businessOPP to buy them out. Read more

The lady working today had to act like she was willing to help me, and my wrap is a joke. If she is the owner or family you... need an attitude adjustment and a personality that is inviting, instead of dreading I might want a sandwich.
