Store in disarray with chairs up everywhere. No other people and just two employees. Talking and on their phones. Two others... came in while we were there and only one jumped on the line. Lettuce was old. Out of provolone and oregano for a regular coldcut on a Sunday. We go to subway frequently at home and even my kids noticed a difference in this. Not very friendly. Went in on Sunday just before 12. Only employee there was working on a pickup or delivery order. I noticed the dining room in... complete disarray, I assumed remodeling. No heated sandwiches, no fountain drinks and employee that was not glad to see acustomer walk in. She was absolutely rude. I love Subway but not this much. Read more
Generous portions and great tasting , staff was very friendly, staff still awesome!!! Ok update the 2 females working the night... of 9/20/22 need to be fired.... This is not the job for them ... I truly hope someone reads this...... The young man who worksthere, the young Hispanic looking female and the slightly older white lady are the only reasons I will ever come back.... When they have the product you want, it is great. However, I have been locating this particular Subway for 4 years now, and I... eat there at least once a week, most of the time twice a week. Every time I have gone in there, with the exception of 4 or 5times in 4 years, they are out of 35% of there ingredients. As a former food service manager, if you run out of an ingredientconstantly, you up the order by 1 case, bag ir whatever each order until you do not run out any more. I have been waiting inline and watched people come in and leave constantly for lack of ingredients.(most of the time it us the meats they run out of)As an owner, if you read reviews, you should know, you are losing 30 to 40 % of your sales due to lack of ingredients. If yourmanager would balance out orders to meet the needs of the customers, and/or you as the owner would allow your manager to ordermore, you would make more money and your customers would be satisfied. I cant believe you received more than 3 stars. The Subwayin Hartwell, which I believe is yours also, has never let me or any other customer I have seen in there down. Always stockedwith ingredients, Royston as well, great locations, so whats up with your Elberton location? Please get it to Subway standards,make your customers happy, and make some more money. Subway never disappoints! The employees are always friendly and food is good.
People working are polite, but this is product of poor management. They're always out of basic stuff to prepare food on the... menu. Last month, toaster broken. No straws. Today, they only have pepper jack cheese, don't have bacon and still nostraws/lids. Come on, guys. This is basic management stuff. Also, it's time you complete your renovations. Looks like a highschool construction shop class up front. God knows what bugs are underneath boxes of flooring, etc. Read more
