Went on a Sunday evening. Waited. Waited. Waited. Got my to-go order 32 minutes after I ordered (according to the time on their... receipt). The food was cold and looked pathetic. Best place to have lunch. Healthy & clean and it has a nice exterior sitting. My favorite is a steak plate with mashed potatoes.
Tender Greens is one of my favorites. I always feel like I?m making the right choice for my body. Healthy without sacrificing... flavor. My go-to dish is the Barbecue Chicken Salad swapping out the barbecue chicken for the salt and pepper chicken, plus aside of fresh veggies. Yum! Read more

We came here on Labor Day 2020 during quarantine. There was dine in area on the patio and plenty of parking on the rear side of... the building. The place was clean and the employees were very nice and welcoming. We got the Salt and Pepper Chicken plate andChipotle BBQ Chicken bowl. For beverages we got Mint Lemonade and Aqua Fresca (not sure about that one?s name). Food was verylight and fresh and delicious. If ever I?m around Manhattan Beach, I?ll visit this place again. I love this place. The salads are as fresh as can be. The atmosphere is relaxing and food is spectacular. The juices are really... good. The only thing that they don't do is, wait for it! Between Urban Plates and Tender Greens? I would choose the latter every day of the week! I love how clean this Tender Greens is.... Anyhow, the customer service in this restaurant is top notch! The dining area and the restrooms are super clean. This isimportant because when the restaurants are clean, customers would be mindful to clean up after themselves. ????? In terms ofthe food, I have only ever tried the plates but in terms of the entree of the plates? I have tasted all them and I wouldrecommend all of them except for their falafel (vegetarian might love this though). As for the drinks, I think their Agua Frescais great but can be a little to sweet for my taste. However, I would recommend The Greens (If you don't eat lots of vegetablesbut want to get their nutritional benefits? Try this). Review of each meat: - Salt and pepper chicken: Yes, your classic saltand pepper. These chicken are seasoned well and are really chewy! ???? - Chipotle BBQ chicken: This has a little more flavor,salty with a little bit of sweetness to it. ** TIP: For the chicken, if you want more skin, asks for dark meat only. ** -Steak: Probably my favorite! Which meat lover doesn't like steak? ???? **TIP: What I found to be a hit and miss is their steaklevel cook. Medium well steak seems to be the sweet spot for me and from time to time I would end up getting well done or mediuminstead. ** - Salmon: Salmon lovers, you would love this.
