Just got screamed at by the manager Adame. She got angry because she wasn't listening when we told her our order was wrong, and... exactly what we ordered. She gave us another person's food twice. The refund she gave us was short as well. How is this woman amanager? Screaming through the drive thru window at customers when you can't figure out what they ordered after asking manytimes is not the customers fault. When we asked for her name she said she wasn't allowed to give it but another coworker told usearly so we confirmed that name. She then said, "Go on then" and looked like she was trying to get physical with us through thedrive thru. Wow! Is all I can say. I went early morning had the #2 combo with a sugar free Vanilla Ice coffee... I did My order on McDonald's mobile app.. I... waited about 10 minutes to go pick it up I hit I'm here on the app .. 5 minutes before I got there.. And it still wasn'tready.. I Waited over 5 more minutes before my order was ready Too long of a Waiting time.. I needed to get back to work onthe app is supposed to be faster....? Am I right or wrong...???? Read more
Was in the dining area waiting to order for 15 minutes nobody came to take my order and when they did they said we are closed in... the dining area there were no signs posted. They finally took my order I waited another 10 minutes until the manager asked whatI ordered she said nobody told her and the guy just left ,I'm not sure what she was talking about as everything that is orderedis supposed to be on the screen. I got my order the chicken nuggets were unusually fresh and hot but the fries were cold andstale / refries. I should have gone with my instinct and gone somewhere else. Read more
The person who took our order was nice, the cashier was nice, and the person who served our order was nice as well. The ice... cream machine was working, yay! Unfortunately, the fries and the chicken nuggets I purchased were barely warm and tasted likethey had been sitting there for a while. I don't like returning food because I don't like food waste... I just wish they hadgiven us fresh food. We don't purchase McDonald's often buy every time we do (maybe once a year), we are disappointed. Went here for lunch today after other McDonald's in the area still have their dining rooms closed for some stupid reason. Was... craving a quarter pounder. Food was great and restaurant was nice. There were even fresh flowers on the table. The only downsideis no ice cream machine. Which sucked. Was really looking forward to a hot fudge sundae. It was good. Read more

Ordered on mobile, sandwich was made incorrectly (fine, not a big deal), but when I went to get it replaced, manager Austin just... kept walking by me without even saying a word. After one of the regular workers finally came to me (10 minutes, was the only onein line) I was given a different sandwich as well as an apple pie... but that pie was after its used by time. So they gave mesomething expired anyway. Never coming back, so long as Austin works here. Read more
