Don't Order via the App, no use. I ordered via the app, arrived at the scheduled time, and still waited about 15 min. for my... order. Wow. Talk about quality sub sandwiches! I have not had one in a long time because I thought they were all the same, but not... Jersey Mike's. Fresh ingredients and bread so soft your mouth will melt. Order through curbside pickup. Graciously waiting 30min after pickup time after no one came out. Went in. No friendliness. ... Got my order. They switch out their staff is my only concern . Be mindful on curbside order at the el segundo location. Read more

Jersey Mike's has the best sub sandwiches by far here in Southern California. Spicy relish that they have is awesome I recommend... it if you like spicy but not too spicy you get this relish on your sandwich it will please your mouth like no other. Make sureyou get your Mike's rewards points they add up quickly and you can get free sandwiches when you get enough points. Read more
10/9/18 someone reached out to me to apologize privately. I asked that they provide me with the manager's name so that they... could do it properly in person since their staff had no problem humiliating me publicly. That request was not honored. Then,they send me a card to get a free drink WITH PURCHASE and a card to get some basic sandwich at a location different from the onewhere I was scrutinized. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Always speak with the adult in the room if possible! I havebeen to this location on two occasions. On both occasions, the older lady that was present stepped in to make sure I got theservice that was expected. This last time, she had to intervene again because the staff was not listening. I specificallyordered the big kahuna because it comes with extra cheese. I asked that they hold the onions, pepper and jalapenos (because Ihave digestive issues, but I didn't disclose that because it's really none of their business). It's about $0.50 than the regularcheese steak. When I got to the counter to pay, the person making my sandwich instructed the cashier to ring up a cheese steakwith extra cheese. I quickly corrected him. I ordered a big kahuna. Omitting the vegetables isn't reason enough to try to chargeme $4 more for extra cheese, especially when the sandwich I ordered already came with it. I've ordered my sandwich like thisbefore and had no problems. So, why do they think they have the right to charge me extra?! Then, they proceeded to argue with MEabout it until the adult on shift stepped in. How hard is it to listen? What gives them the right to argue with me about mysandwich order?! You don't get to change my order in an effort to charge me more! I'm not sure what it is about establishmentsin El Segundo, but I will not be bullied around by those meant to provide great customer service to all. If I could give them nostars, I would.
