My first ever burger in the US on my first ever visit to the US! Service was fantastic and a memory I'll never forget. I thought... the food I had was great but I was trying to handle two young kids who had only got off the plane from Australia a couple ofhours beforehand and were not in the mood for a sit down meal! The food here is ok. But the nostalgia of the place gives it a better score. Memories of pancakes and the gobs of melting... butter and the different syrups made it feel fancier. Even the names of the combination are fun. Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity. Seeing chocolate chip pancakes reminds you of a time when sugars didn't matter. They are pretty solid on the normal breakfastfare which is a large portion of the menu. The burgers are consistent too. It's diner food. I wouldn't come for healthy butcomfort food a plenty. Read more
