An upbeat, bright, modern design place. With an outdoor patio. Casual, with self-service. Plenty of parking. Their fish plates... were delicious. It was OK. Good size portions but fried fish and shrimp were a bit on the oily side.
This place has went down the drain. My mother and I went and both order the salmon plate with garlic butter, brown rice,... asparagus, and sweet potato fries. The total was over $40.00. We could have went to a fine wine dinning. Our fish was so thin. Ihad to ask the lady was this this really salmon? When I sat down I noticed that my sweet was so greasy. My mother tried to cutinto her asparagus and it would not cut. I immediately took it back up there. The lady apologized and ask what we would like? Isaid just the zucchini and some more sweet potato fries. The sides were an extra charge and no one offered any money back. Thesalmon was dry and cooked for too long. My mother has been on the toilet since we got home. We both agreed we would never goback. They have definitely falling off. Read more

Store need some maintenance and rearranging.. Again the bathroom need some attention as the towel dispensary need to be change... .not healthy functioning.. worker use towel to clean the trays front of customers and in dining room.. should be wash withliquid soap and dry as food special fish high chance to get contaminate many area in the restaurant dirty .. corporate to lazyto take customers reviews in consideration.. If this was based entirely on food, I would have given them 4.5 stars but added to service, I have to downgrade them to 3.5... stars. First of all, when we were ordering, the person taking our order was having a hard time hearing me. So after trying toraise my voice through my mask and her still not hearing me, I lowered my mask for a few seconds, turned my head away from her,and tried to order. She asked me to put up my mask again which I did but then proceeded to ask me for our order again, which shegot wrong and had to be corrected. With a giant menu display beside the customer at the register, she could have simply asked meto point towards what we wanted or otherwise figured out a better way to order (maybe turn down the music a little?). We weregiven one of those 'pager' and decided to sit outside only as you can see from the photos, of the unoccupied tables that couldfit 3 people, they were all full of dirty plates. We found one table without plates but it was filthy. I went inside to findthe staff in charge of cleaning hanging out talking to each other which by itself is fine. The only person who seemed to becustomer facing had an open bottle of cleanser out on the table beside where the food would be picked up when your buzzer rings.I asked if they had any wipes or anything and rather than ask if she could ask one of the staff to go to our table and clean shesaid, she didn't have wipes but could give me some cleanser. So she puts the cleanser on some paper towels and I end up havingto clean the table myself. I don't know if she assumed that because we had a child with us that maybe it was for a spill causedby us but we didn't even have our food yet and there were plenty of staff whom she could have asked to clean up since I wouldhope there are some cleaning/disinfecting protocols they have. Very hot and delicious. Who doesn't like hot and delicious food? We ordered the plantbase fish and chips. The serving size is... worth the cost. The flavor was top-notch. I will try them again when my travels take me to El Segundo, California. Read more
