Cherry Pecan cream and, Amaretto Cherry ice cream for the win. Not crowded, fast order taking although getting my order wasn't... the easiest. It "didn't come up on their screen" so they had no clue we had ordered until we inquired about it. Either the girlwas confused or my order was confusing but, we got it sorted. Great ice cream. My companion had an egg nog shake. The flavor was"more egg noggy than egg nog itself". The burgers smelled good and we will try them next time. Read more

Waited a good thirty minutes for our food. Came inside to get limes and asked them to make my order (two large fries and a large... chocolate shake - made wrong) while I went and paid for the limes. Came back and the order was unmade and had to wait on peoplethat came in way after me (including some kids that worked there who placed orders). They all got their burgers before I got myfries and shake. The girl making the shake didn't know how to do it and didn't make it the way I asked. I was so frustrated athaving to stand there for over 30 minutes that I didn't check to see if there was a straw in the bag. No straw. Next time I'llmake the drive to the Yukon Braums. Read more

Service was slow. Got half my hamburger eaten & it had BIG piece of paper In it. Talked to the manager who offered another... hamburger, after waiting 15 minutes had to go ask. They finally made it. Also was out of ice for drinks. They did bring ice, but it had black mold in the ice bin. The whole eating area was pretty dirty. Many orders were wrong i watched people return. IWILL NOT GO BACK. This used to be my favorite place in town to eat. In the past few years quality of food and service have not been satisfactory... at all. The people in the drive thru for breakfast are always so rude. They have not got my order right in two years. I evenordered a latte and the lady that made it smashed my latte into a cup holder when I asked for one so hard it busted and I hadhot coffee all over me. She then refused to replace it. They literally just made my aunt wait ten minutes in the drive thruwhen she got there at 10:20 for a pancake and did not answer her until the breakfast was over. Everyone is rude. I do not evengo there to get ice cream anymore. Read more
