When ordering online make sure to write out in the comment section how many pizzas you're buying, otherwise you'll be waiting... 30+ minutes for them to complete your order. Walked in to try on a slow Tuesday evening. Took 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza that JV's would have had Hot and Ready... for cheaper. Wasted my time and money, the pizza was sub par and overcooked. The lobby is bright and colorful but is a facadefor what's to come. Maybe your experience will be better? I had the worst experience at the extreme pizza on Yarbrough. I called in an order at 3:05 and got there 10 minutes later to... their drive thru. When we got there the cashier couldn't find my order. She went to the back and suddenly found it. She took mycard and said to drive to the front and it'll be out shortly. Well shortly ended up being 3:38. This entire time we werewaiting in the heat. I called the manager and he said he didn't get the order until 3:15 and how fast did I want it. I told himI'd go inside to show him what time I placed the order at 3:05. So I did. Automatically he was rude, stating how could I makean order in 1 minute. Then I said how long does it take to say " I want 2 large pepperoni pizzas?" I told him he wasn'tproviding good customer service. Then he said "Don't you have air conditioning in your car?" Can you believe him? Then he said "Give me my pizza back and I'll give you your money back." That was his solution! I said I wasn't going to give him the pizzaback but he should give me my money back. So ordered through door dash in which the store does not communicate with the app. Waited past the time the app told me that it... was in route. If I could give zero stars, I would! They took 45 minutes past the time they said it would be delivered. Then, the delivery... driver borrowed my phone and took off with it. When we called the store, the manager didn't know English and hung up on usmultiple times.
