When ordering online make sure to write out in the comment section how many pizzas you're buying, otherwise you'll be waiting... 30+ minutes for them to complete your order. Some of the wings were so overcooked they shattered when we bit into them. The pizza was not crispy, kind of cold. Otherwise,... flavor was good and ready quickly. It has been good before so hopefully it'll get better again. Read more
Walked in to try on a slow Tuesday evening. Took 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza that JV's would have had Hot and Ready... for cheaper. Wasted my time and money, the pizza was sub par and overcooked. The lobby is bright and colorful but is a facadefor what's to come. Maybe your experience will be better? Kinda ?meh?. I?ve usually had decent experiences but last night was a wreck. Our 5 pizzas were cut poorly, they skimped out on... the toppings and applied so little. To top it off, my stepdad found a small clump of hair in his slice. :/ Read more

When we called the store, the manager didn't know English and hung up on usmultiple times.
