This is by far the worst place to eat wings in general?our food took over an hour to come out and when it did it was cold! Had... to send it back! It was still cold! Our server didn?t even come to see if we needed anything while we waited or during otherthan the time he dropped off our food. Save ur money and go somewhere else. We?ve been here many times and usually have really enjoyed the food and service but today has ruined all of that. We were... waiting for we?ll over an hour and a half for our food only for it to be cold by the time it arrived. We asked for the food tobe warmed up to wait again over 30 minutes and it to still be cold. Our server was kind and tried to be accommodating and he letthe manager know of the issue but the manager was too busy servicing his own family (who by the way received their meals hot waybefore us and they had entered the restaurant after we had) to even care and didn?t acknowledge or try to apologize for the badservice. Ordered a head of time for pick up for lunch and I ordered the boneless wings and noticed there was a black hair along with some... staples. I am a customer there and never had this problem. Manger refunded me . My lunch was no appetite anymore . :( Read more

I?ve eaten here on multiple occasions and it?s definitely my favorite wing place in El Paso. The boneless wings are fantastic... and actually have more meat than breading. The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly! Sometimes it seems asthe staff is spread thin when the place is busy, but they do their best to offer excellent service. I would suggest whenfootball games are on to either have the volume turned off or the music turned down really low as sometimes it can be loud withboth on. Overall, love this place! Read more
