My friend and I stop by around 1:30am Saturday night and Kenneth took our order, he is amazing excellent customer service really... friendly and with a super positive attitude and energy. Went in a week ago and ordered a burger at around 6 am. Asked for water as my drink with the combo and cashier tried to give me... a complimentary water cup. I told him I wanted the size that came with the combo. He ended up giving it to me. My burger didn'thave the cheese that I ordered and paid for. Got there this morning as garbage truck leaving. Went to order at the drive thruthis morning around 5:45 am and before I could tell them what I wanted I was told it would be at least 15 minutes before anyorder was ready. I went in to redeem a free Whataburger Jr. and ended up with a free chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and drink. I shared... my burger and fries with someone that was also hungry. The staff was so nice and the manager also made sure I was able tosubstitute buns since they ran out of brioche buns, but as soon as the buns were delivered he asked if I'd like the briochebuns? I chose to stay with small buns. I can't remember the young lady at the cash register or the manager's name but both weresuper attentive and excellent customer service. Great patty melt. Nice fries and onion rings. Burger is a bit plain without the add-ons. I would go back for the patty melt.
DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 10PM. there should be a negative star rating because i would give it - 1000 stars. the amount of stars... available does not contain my rage right now. ive been waiting 30+ mins for my order only after coming up to them several timesbecause one item was missing when everything was ready in about 5 minutes ????.
