Worst whataburger in El Paso, every time I come here the food is cold or soggy or not fully cooked basically ice. The funny part... is that they always have more than 7+ up in there working... meaning horrible team work. Don?t come here no matter what time ofthe day. This Whataburger restaurant Is actually one of two closest to me in proximity to where I live. Although I prefer to visit... this Whataburger restaurant instead of the other one. At this Whataburger location they seem to take the time to listen when youorder from the drive through and then care enough to make sure your order is correct and complete. Burger is nice and hot can't complain in this location fries were hot service was great
If you work nights don't stop by this location. Their lines are always long, the food is terrible.. like old food terrible.... Taste and looks like its been sitting there for a while. They also get mad when you complain. They don't give you your receipts.Called to talk to manager (Antonio), told me not to go back the same night becaouse they were too busy. Read more
Terrible service. Drive thru is managed poorly. They ask you if you want something and they won't end up giving it to you when... you order. Uncooked pieces of chicken always in the food. On top of that workers are very rude when you ask them a questionabout something. Don't come here unless you want a mediocre whataburger experience. Read more
