Went with my son for lunch today. My son has a particular way he likes his hamburger which was requested. The employee taking... our order, Alexa was very friendly and correctly took our order. Once the order was given to us we checked to make sure my son'sorder was accurate and unfortunately it was not. I walked back and Alexa was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. Shereturned less than 2 min later with the item correct and showed empathy and was just pleasant overall. Wonderful experience. Read more

Jam packed. About eight employees working in unison behind the main counter. Standard fast food. Not particularly healthy. Not... particularly good. But it's fast food. A wonderful little redheaded young lady waitress who made it a point for me to feelcomfortable and accounted for. Great employee with a great attitude. Whataburger never lets me down, food is always freshly made, it's a little more wait but it's worth it. My mom had a little... issue with her card when we stopped by & the manager helped her through it without ever getting upset, the staff is always nice. Read more
