Usually this is my go to Whataburger but this time i sent my food back twice and it was still incorrect. I notified one of the... worker and it seems to be unimportant. When I asked for more jalapeños at the front counter and explained I only go 3jalapeños in my sandwich, it also seemed unimportant and I was charged for a side order. Worst experience ever. Been coming here for over 30yrs. We were at the front of Line A, and everyone got there order before us.... As we sat there, blocking the line. We got flipped off. So we proceeded to finally move and I had to call inside to beacknowledged. My husband went inside and Evelyn, the shift leader, ignored my husband. Not an explanation, not an I'm sorry.Just completely ignored. A team member was polite and apologized. Terrible service from the Shift leader/Manager. Read more
Lady in drive thru was very rude and seemed annoyed . I have worked fast food in the past and understand how hectic it can get,... but that's never an excuse to be rude to a costumer who is being respectable and just trying to get a meal late at night. Read more

I ordered some chicken tenders but ended up with chicken bites when I got home however when I tried a bite the chicken was so... dry like jerky and the breading on the outside was so hard I couldn't bite through it . The "Texas toast" isn't at all Texastoast it's regular sliced.. I went back to whataburger to resolve this issue which it was, so as far as customer service goesthat's why I rated 3 stars, Otherwise I would've given a lower rating. Read more
Today My Son and I decided to try Whataburger's new Mushroom Swiss Burger. I had been watching it on TV commercials for the... last few weeks. I have mixed opinion over it. It was tasty, but as is the usual case, the burger I feasted my eyes on wasn'tanything like the TV version. The mushrooms a.were flat, and the Swiss cheese wasn't even melted. Well, I enjoyed anyhow. Thefries were good, and all was good. One thing I always enjoy about Whataburger is the personal attention of bringing your mealto you and giving you everything you need at your table! :-) Read more
