No comment on drive thru. Dine inwas delicious. Inside was very clean as well as the bathrooms. Great service.
The front cashier was friendly, I noticed that there was a solid team effort and good communication happening in the food... preparation area, and the food was very tasty. Although the tables were a bit messy, I didn?t mind this because of how good thecustomer service and food was. I would recommend this Wendy?s to others. 5 out of 5 stars? Keep up the good work. I am a VERY patient person. I walked up to the service counter. There was a manager and 2 employees who looked like they were... trying to fix the cash drawer. I worked in customer service for years. I know sometime you just have to be patient. So I stoodthere waiting. After about 1 minute the manager walked away and the 2 employees stood there and continued to mess with the cashdrawer. I waited another minute before I finally spoke up and asked "excuse me, are you all ready to take an order yet? Oneemployee said "no I have to finish this" I said "oh yes I understand. I'm just more looking for a time frame of how long itmight be?" She shrugged at me and said "I don't know" I asked "2 minutes? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?" The other employee said"probably about 5 minutes " So you were just going to stand there pretending someone wasn't in line for 10 minutes as youproceeded to fix the cash drawer? And you don't see anything wrong with that? Like maybe acknowledge there is a customer infront of you and apologize for the inconvenience but allow us the information that it's going to take 10 minutes to finish andif I would like to place an order I could feel free to use the drive thru? No I guess no communication is better??????????? Come on yall. "I'm so sorry ma'am. Were experiencing technical difficulties, we will be busy with this for a fewminutes.
