Verde Salad Co. had been our go to place for salads since we tried it for the first time. The taste and quality of the salads is... amazing, however we were recently so disappointed at seeing that their serving portions and containers were drastically reducedin size and prices were kept exactly the same. Why mess with a really good thing for the worse. Even our friends who werecommended have gotten back to us with their disappointment in their recent changes. This place was great when it first opened, I?m not sure what has caused it to decline all around. I ordered via Uber Eats today... because I HAD to work through my lunch. When my order arrived it had a bit of a funky smell - I thought maybe it was themandarins that usually add a zing to a salad. I was wrong!! The tofu, which is one of the main reasons I love this menu, lookedspongy and was NOT cold, it smelled like it was starting to turn. The cucumbers had a slimy film and also tasted like they?dbeen mishandled (as in improper temperature control) or were well into the spoiling phase. The greens at the bottom were soggy;I was not able to finish 85% of it. Almost $15 in the trash. I really hope they work to fix these issues as the west side haslimited health options because most businesses seem to prefer the Far East side. Read more
I loved this place, but for a salad at this price I expect it to be loaded and not half empty. My salad was also missing... ingredients. Other locations load it and are worth the price. Read more
This place keeps giving horrible service. Every time I come there is new employees making the salads wrong and taking YEARS to... complete 2 salads. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IT UP. What happened to the old fast employees. As a customer I notice things likethis and I question what is happening behind the scenes that?s making these people quit. Salad was mediocre wasn?t fresh theiceberg was brown and watery, the cilantro was black and the buffalo chicken was more chicken than buffalo. I went to the verdeon mesa thinking it would be better but nope literally the same experience like the one in lee Trevino and Montana. The food here is good, that?s why I come back. But the service is the worst. Staff is VERY SLOW, don?t even greet customers, if... you?re picking up orders (like me today) they completely ignore you. I placed an order online, I got the notification it wasready for pick up. I?ve been waiting for 20 mins and I was just told they?re going to start working on it. If you?re in a rushor like good service, go elsewhere, maybe the Lee Trevino location (haven?t had issues there). Same if you?d like to get yourfood on time, or if you?re not in the mood to deal with rude and careless staff. Otherwise, bring a book for the wait and enjoyyour food :) Read more
