I love tropical smoothie cafe. I'm from Los Angeles where a small smoothie and meal can easily cost closer to $20. Here you get... a great large smoothie and meal for almost half. I definitely recommend smoothie lovers to come here. I've observed their prepand smoothing making process and they definitely use fresh and high quality ingredients in their smoothies, unlike Jamba juicethat is full of sugar, and artificial ingredients. Double check your order when getting take out. The smoothies and food are always good here but the attention to detail is... lacking. It?s frustrating to pick up and order and not until you get home do you realize they forgot something (dressing foryour salad, side dish, etc.). Even more frustrating when it happens frequently. This location needs quality control training,but perhaps training is required for the customer to double check everything before heading out. Mind your orders! Read more

1. They have the music blasting so loud I couldn't even hear the cashier at all needed to have him repeat everything 3-4... times. 2. I tried to order something from the menu that was priced at 6.99 but when was rung up had an addiction charge of 1.50for substitute protein. I told the cashier that's not on the menu it shows 6.99 I took a picture for proof. 3. Waited more than15 minutes for my order, which typically I wouldn't mind if it was busy, but it wasn't!
