I hate being THAT person, but I absolutely could not let this one slide. My boyfriend and I went to the joe battle location (my... very first time @ this location), and I enjoyed my Beach Bum smoothie throughly! Until I got to the very end. I took off the lidto drink the very last bit and as i?m doing that, I feel the biggest piece of some sort of plastic wrapper in my mouth. i?mtalking a huge piece that a child could have easily choked on. Again I don?t like being that person; but to think that someonedidn?t even notice they accidentally put a huge piece of plastic in my drink when they were making it, what else are they notpaying attention to when making your food/drinks here? Sorry never been here before but didn't like the experience seems like they care for drive thur orders then walk in orders... there's no excuse to be siting there more then 10min on a shake and chicken pesto I'm giving a 1 star because I almost slippedand fell on water that I didn't see on the floor nor was there a water on floor sgin when I told them about the water and Ialmost fell they didn't seem to care when I told them and forgot I had a smoothie for my order ... This location on Joe Battle is the worst I have ever experienced. They staff was rude and didn?t greet us when we walked through... the door and took quite some time to actually take our order. I ordered a chicken bacon RANCH and I was told after the flatbreadwas brought out that there was no RANCH. The smoothies were not smooth at all but super icy and flavorless. The sweet potatoeswere awful. I will never come back to this location again. We paid close to $70 for this order and I am terribly disappointed! Read more
This location is disappointing! The guy on the drive through sounded annoyed and rude! All of the four drinks were watery and... their was big chunks of ice; it tasted like fruit with ice and NOTHING like the usual smoothies we get!!! This location is the worst ever every single time they either give me a food item completely different from what I ordered or... it?s so so so messy where you don?t want to eat it and the smoothies are either to watery literally or you can taste all thepowder. I?ve been to every other tropical smoothie never a problem. But this one is horrible omg. It is the closest to my housesince I live all the way in Montana vista. But no this time I literally found plastic in my sandwich and prior to opening it Ieven told my friend loook let?s see what they did wrong this time. And sure enough it was plastic pieces.
