I ordered a Carib Jerk Chix and it was so full of hot sauce it gave me a horrible heart burn. The kid who took my order spoke... so soft I had to say what, 4 times. The floors were filthy and so were the majority of the tables so, I sat at the bar and ithad red food on it also. Normally I enjoy leaving a 5 star review but I expected a little more. All the smoothies I ordered tasted a bit... off and we had to add ingredients to them in order to make them taste better. I have been here multiple times , used to love it but everyone seems really sad . The business isn?t the same , smoothies aren?t... fully blended . I still taste the powder and a whole fruit at times . It isn?t a pleasant texture . I did try to talk to thelady with a black polo about my smoothies and she just had a lot of attitude and kept rolling her eyes . I was willing to payfor a newly made smoothie but felt too uncomfortable and left. I feel bad for the employees here they really do look really sad. Read more
Personally, I prefer to order my food on the mobile app, even if that mean ordering right in front of the store. This becomes a... problem when I order online and have to watch countless people receive their orders upon entering the store. If I click ?ASAP?on the time, that should mean then and there. There were seven people that arrived in the store after I walked in and placedtheir order. All seven people received their food before I did. They are were even able to sit, converse, and eat before Ireceived my order. To put the icing on the cake, my order was not even ready at the estimated time that was stated it would be,which was 25 minutes after I placed the order. No one in the store bothered to even ask what my order was. By the time Ireceived my food, my smoothies where no longer smoothies, they had melted. What an outstanding experience. Read more
