Get ready to talk to yourself because their customer service skills are horrible. Problem solving skills are even worse. They... over filled my smoothie once and I asked the employee to wipe it off before she handed it to me and she wipes it with the ragshe was dusting with. The employee named André was eating at the food station and removed something from his mouth. I brought it up to the cashier... and asked if he can remove his gloves and they looked at me as if I was crazy. They then moved him and had someone else doing myorder. While waiting, the employees would make gestures making fun of me while periodically looking back at me. Armando, themanager was on his phone the entire time and refused to see the camera footage. This place is getting worse every time I go in. The employees have no sense of urgency, they are just chit chatting with each... other. They skipped my order because the girl wasn't paying attention. The place was not busy at the time I visited and when Irequested to speak to a manager, the girl was just condescending and did nothing about it. Total lack of management. Customers wander around aimlessly waiting for food they ordered ahead of time, employees are running... around trying to figure out who the food belongs to. The manager would rather play around with employees than properly manageanything that's going on. The employees are fine, it's really a manager issue. Would rather not order from here again.
