The atmosphere here is absolutely awesome. It?s like a more hip/modern take on Bdubs. The prices are very similar to there as... well. This restaurant is also kids friendly with large booths available for them and your family. We ate inside, but there issome awesome outdoor seating available as well. If you?re a sports fan, you?re in for a treat as they play nationally televisedgames on the nearly 40 TVs they have displayed all over the restaurant. Good food, good atmosphere. Parking is congested, restrooms are clean, staff was polite and helpful, food was really good and... portions were huge. SO Much FOOD!!!!!!! Moderately priced, we had 8 people with 7 alcoholic drinks a few fountain drinks, 2sampler appetizers, and 8 meals. Spent roughly $230 after tip. Had plenty of leftovers to take home. Second time here. First time was about two years ago. I didn't like it much the first time but gave it another shot and it was... delicious. I love their spicy ranch. The fried pickles and shrooms are so delicious. The jalapeno poppers are good too but Ifelt like they needed bacon but that could just be my preference. Good wing restaurant with comfortable seating, open design, nice bar area, and a good varitey of beer, whiskey, & tequila to... chose from. Initially walking in the door the employees were a little standoffish and not very friendly or inviting which mademe have second thoughts about leaving. But, after a few minutes things started to normalize once they warm up to you. Then theservice was good overall. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day but I found this to be really odd for a family orientedrestaurant. Overall, the Shack is a good place to grab a bite to eat after work with friends, bring the family, or watch thegame which they have plenty of tvs to do so. Currently the wings are a little over priced in my opinion but good size and goodquality compared to other wing restaurant chains. They do have plenty of other options to chose from on the menu. This was my first visit but definitely won?t be my last Arial was my waitress she was super friendly, amazing and attentive. She... listened to my desire for my meal and these nachos are by far the best I have had since moving to El Paso. The sweet tea wasamazing and being from TN it is rare to find comparable sweet tea. First time being at The Shack and I have to say it?s AWESOME! The place was stunning, the food was absolutely delicious and the... service by Marcela was extraordinary. Marcela was in charge of bringing me the correct order I ordered. She was very friendlyand helpful with any questions I had.
