I haven't ordered from this location in a while. I phoned in an order to go. I was pleasantly greeted, upon entering the... building, by a young blonde female employee; possibly a manager. She was very friendly and assured my order was about to comeout, I got there earlier than I anticipated. Pizza was excellent, full of harmonious flavors and fresh. I was happy they stillsold those big chocolate chip cookies. I absolutely had to order one for dessert! Although, I kinda wish the cookie was cut intoslices like the pizza. We had to rip chunks out of it as we ate it, because we didn't have a knife in the car. (We were roadtripping to far east El Paso and planned to eat while on the move...) Read more

El Paso is not known for good food. I tried this place with my family of 4, just to try it. And to my surprise, it's the best... pizza we've had in years! Friendly staff. And very accommodating. And I can't express enough Great Pizza!!! Read more

It was a bit of a disappointment, went for the lunch special. They leave the pies out in a cabinet, it not heated. So they are... cold and the popped back in the over to get hot. Deal came with a drink, and choice of a salad, wings, or breadnots. I got thewings and a meat pizza. Food came out hot 4 pieces of wings and a decent slice of pizza. But I noticed a customer after me orderthe same thing, but his slice was FAT! A lot bigger then mine, looked to be made fresh and it came with 8 pieces of wings! Hegot the same thing I did too, not sure if this was some sort of hookup for him. But this made me feel like I over paid for mymeal, I mean almost 12$. Yea not worth it, food was sub-par. Pie was super thin and dough was basic. Sauce has no real zing toit. And only 2 choices for wing sauce, Buffalo or BBQ. The Buffalo sauce was not great. Read more

The pizza here is so good.. it sucks knowing you can't count on a business to answer the phone. It's what creates revenue.... Should be number one priority to be able to communicate and take orders. Read more

I was excited to show my fiancee a local pizza gem, but was extremely disappointed by the quality of pizza and service we... received for a take out order today. We spent $50 for two pizzas and some joints and waited almost an hour in the shop withoutany reassurance of our order coming out or even a "sorry for the wait" when it finally did. We then went home and ate our barelywarm pizza. Now that I read the reviews, I can confirm they are unfortunately true. Read more

I love The Pizza Joint most of the time I?ll do carry out. When I do dine in I enjoy the music and atmosphere. The food is so... delicious and comforting a large pizza will feed myself and several friends. They have great vegan options and delicious saladsfor everyone to enjoy. Read more

I'm glad the bad reviews didn't deter us. This place has great pizza and wings. I'm glad we came. Not too pricey either.

The menu on the wall does not tell you any sizes or prices, so make sure you ask before ordering. I paid over $39.00 for 3 soft... drinks, 1 salad, 1 16" pizza and 1 'Roll your own joints'. Also, the pizza was extremely greasy with a very thin crust. Wedidn't bother to finish it. The pizza needed more sauce and was very bland. I have had better tasting pizza from Papa John's. The wait for the order took a long time. If the pizza and joints tasted better, the wait would be worth it, sadly disappointed. Please go somewhere else for your pizza fix. Read more
