Incredible service. 2nd to none. Jade and Jayson were incredibly attentive, prompt, and courteous. They made our night and party... extremely memorable. I wish google reviews would permit a 6th star. Read more
Extremely disappointed that the result of a delayed renovation resulted in a ?touch up? of the old building. The dome bar no... longer has the same essence it had before other than the glass Tiffany dome (which wasn?t going anywhere) Service was bad andeverything was not priced to match quality. More care should have been taken into what could have been an amazing upgrade to ahistorical El Paso location. Read more
Slow service, hot beer, asked for coffee, was told it would have to be brewed, then 10 min later was told the coffee maker was... spewing out grounds. Asked for a pineapple juice, and was served the oldest glass of pineapple juice I'd ever seen. It hadalready separated! Will not be coming back until after the renovation. Read more
A comprehensive disappointment. We walked in and had to approach an employee to inquire as to how we were to be seated. She said... she would be back with menus and never returned. We sat for 15 minutes without so much as a glance from any of the staff.Horrible service, absolutely disappointing. They have lost my business forever. Read more
This hotel is the worst and the drinks at the bar were over 10 dollars for just 1 shot. Food is just plain bad, way too... expensive for how horrible it was. Save your money and your piece of mind. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! Read more
An evening ruined by rip-off prices for off-menu item and other tactics. DO NOT accept any suggestions from the waiter to order... off-menu. My Groupon discount was completely wiped out with the $55 off-menu fish plate that I was talked into (without anymention of the price) in exchange for another fish plate that we had already selected which was under $30. The waiter was SOPUSHY that this seems to be the approach they take to "get even" with anyone using a promotion. Of course the waiter waiteduntil we were in a hurry to leave to bring the bill and we did not see it clearly until we complained. Just to get us more mad,a 18% tip was added to the bill, of course that included the $55 rip-off plate. Read more
