I ordered a Lox with Bagel, its much much better than Einstein Bros. And cheaper, I would just put a little more of Lox.

I paid about 18$ for two bagels and two iced coffees. With that being said, I just figured the quality of food would be better.... Everything bagels among other bagels were not available, nearly everything was gone, so not many options to choose from. Thisplace is extremely over hyped, unless I just caught them on a bad day. My wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese and only receiveda bagel with egg and cheese. When telling them about the mess up, she asked if I wanted to pay for bacon instead of trying tooffer me bacon for the misunderstanding. I ordered a bacon and cream cheese with maybe 1 strip of bacon broken up within theentire bagel. I’m originally from NYC, so maybe My standards or expectations were too high? I wouldn’t recommend this placeto anyone. Buy your own fresh bagels, and toppings from farmers market, I think the experience would be better that way. Read more
ordered breakfast and the coffee really surprised me! It was very good, sweet, still tasted like coffee! Also they have coffee... ice cubes which is a very nice touch, i would love if they had some non dairy milks but seriously the coffee was great! The worst experience I went to the bagel shop on resler at 730am and was informed they were out of bagel Damm, the place opens... at 7am!!!! I the drove to the main location on mesa and asked for toasted jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, I get home the bagel is not toasted it was stale and dry. I call to speak to the manager and was told there is no manager there, afew minutes while on hold a guy comes online and says he is the manager . I explain my problem with the bagel and he stated thathe wanted me to drive back and they would toast the bagel. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they just don’tcare about the customer!!!! Read more
Bagel breakfast sandwich was good but the bacon was paper thin and the egg well....I don't think it was a whole egg.
Bagels are one of my favorites in California. I found this place thru Google, and it wasn't bad. Bagels are lacking in flavor,... but all in all, the breakfast jalapeño Bagels & everything Bagels w/ chive & onion cream cheese was worth coming back for. Theydo have 18 different Bagels ????.
