Hello, had a meal at Subway-Viscount location. It was about 11 a.m.. Not too busy at the time. Shortly after, car's were... starting to form(drive-thru). Walk-in customer's also starting to walk in. I think the food and service was good. Tunasandwiches were tasty. Along with some baked chips and tea. I noticed the staff on shift, were talking to each other, and theylooked happy. The cashier at the drive through was really nice. My issue was with the food. First off they?re out of avocado. Fair enough. Oh... well. But I get my sand which and the bread was so incredibly hard I could not bite it without thinking I?d rip my braces off. Ideclined to eat it. Worst customer service ever . So get this i submit an order through the app . It says curbside pick up at 11am. I show up and... check in at 11am. 16 minutes goes by with no one coming out . Mind you during that time the manager and this young man arewatching me through the glass and goofing off . I finally call at 11:16am and ask what the issue is . Manager says ?oh I?m sorrycome through the drive thru and I?ll give you your order? . I?m sorry but it?s a curbside not a drive thru order . These ppl arelazy and don?t like to do their jobs . When the young man comes outside to give me my order I ask him what the issue was. Hesays ?oh did you check in with us because you need to check in ? I said I did thru the app. That?s what it?s for to facilitateordering for the customer . When I asked him to remake the sandwich he looked bothered . Today we went in for a quick lunch and these guys were busy! They were dealing with a food delivery issue, and had 2 other... clients in front of us. Awesome place! My go to since it?s so close to my house! Personnel is very friendly And has always been I?ve always gone here... for YEARS. Bad reviews are a bunch of Karens I mean just LOOK at what they?re complaining about! ????
