I am not one to write a bad review, however this facility always take FOREVER. They have had different staff i am not sure how... they train the employees. Did the drive thru waited for 14min no one came to window .So had to get down ask the lady what happen she was to busy eating... she for got about me .If I had gone in I would of me wait there. I don't no about you employee have to o'clock out not eat wellyou have costumer wait. I will not be back to this spot. Read more

After what seemed like the busiest night i still received my order nicely warm to the touch. This location lacks the amount of... employees as other stores; hopefully management can provide more assistance during the evening shift as I witnessed one employeework her heart out making 6 orders before mine and did it all by herself. On the receipt it says served by 025, not sure ifthat's the actual employee number but she was great in preparing my sub. Hopefully she reads this as I still thank you forexcellent service. Read more
Went in today while my car was being serviced at the dealership next door and the assistant manager came from the back to tell... me that they weren't open yet. I have no problem with waiting for a business to open but why leave the door open if you'reactually closed for business? The assistant manager cut me off before I could even finish a sentence, just to tell me that theywere closed. This happened twice. So I came in this location to grab a bite to eat while my car gets serviced. First when I ordered my meal the bald guy was rude... when I asked for double cheese on my sandwich. Customers should not be talked down to and most importantly co-workers should nottalked down to and made to feel as they are always doing something wrong. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. Thisguy should not be allowed to interact with customers and he surely doesn?t know how to talk to people period!!! Management ifyou are reading this this bald guy should be put in his place!
