Came tonight to get a 6inch sandwich thru drive thru. This young girl with glasses that works there is rude. She didn?t even say... hi and her tone of voice was rude. Well what can I say been here twice and both times had issues at your drive-thru! First time sat for about 3 mins at your order... speaker and nothing had to park go in and to my surprise you were open!! Was told sorry we are busy! WOW! Second time pull up todrive-thru and was told we will take your order at window! Pull up to window and wait and wait and wait! Finally knock on windowand wait finally and employee comes to window and explains that I've been ignored due to the fact that we are packed!! I mustsay if you are so busy you cannot provide drive-thru service close your drive-thru so that you don't loose your customers!!!Being told I'm too busy to help you??? Come on!! So when your employee told me that I told her oh you are to busy ok I'll gosomewhere else thanks and as I'm driving away I hear her say oh sir I can help you now!! Sorry you can't I'm driving away!!!Close your drive-thru so you don't loose what business you do have or schedule appropriately!! I would not recommend this subwaygo down the street where you will be greated and taken care of!!! Good luck!! Read more

I asked a girl named Anahi if I can have oven roasted chicken,she ended up putting a different kind and put it back in the... container where she got it from and looked as if she wasnt going to give me a different bread when the sauce was all over it.Hercoworker told her to get another 6in. bread. They didnt have my chicken so my mom told the people behind us to go ahead since Iwas deciding something else.Anahi ended up rolling her eyes.Poor customer service. I bought a foot long last month. I ordered a club. I ask for some extra lettuce. The employee only put 2 extra strands of... lettuce What a d..k.. I ask for some more he said no. I said I'll pay extra. He said no. So I thought subway was getting cheapon us. I've been going there for year's and never had that problem. Well recently I saw the commercial song that said piledhigh with veggies. So I went to the subway on Yarbrough. I had no problems. Well now I have to travel a little bit further formy foot long. But when sandwich is made right with no attitude it's worth traveling the distance. Read more

I ordered online and showed up at promised time. Doors were locked but sign said to call us and we?ll bring it out to you... (designated area). I called and first the employee said he had no order with my name. I insisted since my card had been charged.He found it finally but said very dryly that I?d have to go wait on the drive through. This place needs some training oncustomer service. I waited on the line for 15 minutes past the promised time. Read more

I have been here twice it seems like if your not a regular they don't acknowledge you. They never greet me and it can take up... to 2 minutes before they have the curtsey of say something to you. Even if there 2 girls and the cashier will just stand aroundand ignore you. Very disappointed with this place. Read more
