Overall the location is clean and the staff is respectful. Only problem is that a rotisery chicken sandwich is only one scoop. ... It is not enough chicken. Got a flat bread with rotisery chicken and it turned into a burrito due to how little chicken it had. Owner says one scoop. :/ Read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered for online pickup. June 3 6:15 pm. When I walked in and let employee know I was there for... pickup she just rolled her eyes and pointed but I wasn?t sure what she was pointing to and she rudely said ?you see there whereit says online pick up that?s where you go!? I got my food but I had ordered a meal I didn?t have drink or chips. I let her knowand she asked me to read my receipt to her and then she pointed to the cups and said ?get that cup and serve yourself ? I was abit upset I didn?t bother to ask for the chips. I really like subway a lot because it's fresh and they have some delicious subs and soups also, flat bread subs. It is healthy... and quick. Made right in front of you! There is a dinning area available. Check it out and indulge your taste buds, yumm! Read more
Never wrote this review but I definitely should have when this experience happened to me so I can warn other people. About 7... months ago, I went there and was the only person there in line ordering food. The employee coughed all over her hand and arm. Iwas like okay well wash your hands. In my mind of course. She then proceeded to "wash her hands" by just using water. I guessshe thought i wasnt seeing and she simply went back and proceeded to do my order. Disgusted, i simply left. We used to avoid this location even though we work a block away. The staff that used to work here were horrible. However that... changed with the new staff we love this location.
