Great service from Subway Sandwich Artist Ms. Argentina. She was really nice and went the extra mile to make my experience... enjoyable. She also was more than accommodating when I asked her if she could cut my sandwich the old way. Her service made myday. Unfortunately, when I called to give the management comments on my great experience I was not treated as great. Theperson who I spoke with who only identified himself as the owner wasn't as friendly. He wasn't completely rude but he did makeme feel that calling him was a mistake hence my 3 star rating and not 5. I decided to post this review just to give that younglady recognition for her excellent service. We need more Argentinas in the customer service world. Read more

Ok, I have been on this location several times in the morning and service is great. Literally no waiting time and nice attitude.... BUT on evening is a different story, it took 25 minutes standing in line with only two customers ahead of me, their orders werejust as mine, one sub and drink... why the heck took them 25 minutes? Don?t know. Finally I paid and took my sandwich and onlyONE napkin! I know we are in though times but one napkin is ridiculous. Place is always clean and while service has always been adequate it's never very friendly. The location is close to my office... so I'm in there pretty often. I was there today with my son and while I was getting my sandwich made the girl yells over me toa man filling his drink cup. "You're only getting water right?" ..the guy just looks at her not really understanding what sheis saying. She yells again "if you're getting anything but water we are going to charge you". He responds calmly that he'snever been to a subway where they charge for refills. Her response was "well we do here". I have no problem with them chargingfor refills that's not the issue here. It's the way they went about informing their paying customer that I thought was veryunprofessional. I'll start driving an extra half mile to the next subway. Read more
