This subway needs to get their employees some training. Nobody seems to know what is going on. And they are ALWAYS out if... different items , if it?s not one thing it?s another. Horrible service. Extremely unorganized. They didn't have any sauce beside teyeraki and flat bread. My sandwich was disgusting I... asked for the only sauce they had and the guy put half a cup of sauce in my sandwich it was so gross. He was rude They didn'thave chips or syrup for the fountain drinks. This location is just horrible you can tell everyone working there doesn't likeworking there has a lot to do with management. Hello I?m so disappointed with this Subway location! I walked in mid day and I was so excited for the worker to make my ?yummy?... sandwich or so i thought . When I?m at counter the worker starts coughing like he had been smoking cigarettes for 20 years on mysandwich. I asked him if he could cover his mouth, he looked at my eyes and said ? No you?re a women?. I ignored it but when hewas about to charge me, it came out to be 25 dollars for one sandwich . I asked why he did that, he said it was because he hadto deal with me. I payed it. I thought my bad experience was over when I open my sandwich and I find a cockroach and it wasALIVE. I opened the sandwich more and found snot from the worker. His name was I believe Alejandro. I don't know what it is about this area but this happens too often and tonight was just the tip of the iceberg. I tried to rush... to this location before they closed which states at 10pm. I got there at 9:45 and waited behind a car that was getting theirorder placed. Pulled up to the menu and waited for someone to take my order. No one ever came and when the employee goes outsideto throw trash and hears me say hello, decides to tell me that they are closed. I proceeded to say that I've been waiting forthem since it states 10 pm. He says they close at 9:50pm. I got upset and asked to speak to the manager and says that themanager wasnt answering. Then I asked him for his name and said they're not allowed to give that information out. They also taketheir headphones off so they won't hear the customers. What kind of business is this? Worse Subway ever. Disorganized chaos. No cups, sauses, and their soda machine never has syrup for drinks. I bought 4 foot... longs yesterday and it took 1 hour to get my sandwiches in store with 6 people on the line. No body knows where anything is andthey don't refill anything until it is needed at that moment. Worse experience ever. Trust me avoid the headache and don't gohere. Very bad drive tru service they assisted in a rude way and practice poor hygiene while making the subs. Using the same gloves to... handle money and make the subs. Very bad experience won?t go there anymore. Read more
